Why is a Return to Work plan important?
As lockdown restrictions are being lifted and more of the population are returning to work environments we need to be mindful of the effect of the pandemic. Our routines have been disrupted, our connection with others has been minimal and many of us will have been focusing on survival and reacting.

Return to Work Coaching
Returning to work following a break due to illness, parental leave, or lockdown can be a challenge and we may have reconsidered our values.
Working to your agenda we could focus on raising awareness, building confidence and accessing your proactivity which may have taken a back seat.
Our Return to Work coaching would typically consist of 3 x 1 hour sessions following the below system to achieve your goal:

Whether your team have been furloughed or working from home, many of them may not have seen eachother for over a year. Returning to work may feel like a whole new team is being formed, and trust and collaboration need to be rebuilt.
We can offer a range of team building events to bring fun and better connections. Whether your team is all back in the building, all working from home or a mix of the two we have a live / virtual or hybrid event for you.

Return to Work Health Assessments
Our health assessments will give your team an understanding of their mental and physical wellbeing following the pandemic along with one to one consultations and actionable steps to improve their individual health.
We can also provide Company Health profiles, so you can see the overall physical and mental health of your team viewed against other companies.
Assessments are carried out at your place of work and last between 10-50 minutes depending on the assessment selected.
Health assessments can then lead to dedicated wellbeing programmes to ensure the best return to work plan possible for your team with lasting effects.
