What might it look like?
Here’s how it might unfold:
After you express interest, I’ll be in touch to discuss what this might look like in your business. We’d explore what the objectives of the coaching might be, who the participants would be, any dynamics and logistics to consider, the duration of our commitment together and what your involvement may be as the sponsor.
I will then meet with each of the delegates briefly (typically online) followed by a group kick off meeting, where we each decide how we will support and challenge eachother to get the absolute most from our time together
We’d all each sign up to our commitments in the form of a contract, that way we all know what is expected.
90minute group / team coaching sessions (topics /exercises may be pre-set) in person at your location
Accountability check ins and opportunities to support eachother in between sessions
Meeting to review and feedback at the midpoint of our contract. This gives us each the opportunity to reflect on what’s going well, what might need to change, and what else we might need. It will also be an opportunity to check in and decide if any additional services are needed to support your team and the wider business.
Closing “Party” - We’ll decide how this looks :)
Anything else?
To be pretty blunt (and Yorkshire frugal) about it: group and team coaching is no less effective than 1:1 coaching in most circumstances… it is however at least half the price.
So how much does it cost?
This depends on what we agree in our discussions in terms of how many people will be coached, how they will be coached (perhaps some will have 1:1 support too) and how long we commit to work together.
But typically a 90min group coaching session for 8 people would cost £900
