Neurodiversity & Coaching
What makes a neurodiversity coach?
How do we know if we are coaching someone who has/is a neurotype?
What is the difference between coaching those who have a diagnosis or self-associate with neurodiverse traits V those who have no association with neurotypes?
In this session we will discuss these two questions, explore some of the common traits associated with neurodiversity, the explosion in the last five years of neurodiversity coaching, and what it takes to be a neurodiversity coach.Cheryl is a highly experienced coach, coaching supervisor and group facilitator, specialising in neurodiversity. She runs her own coaching practise.
In March of 2025 Cheryl stepped down from her role of Lead Coach at Creased www.creasedpuddle.co.uk Puddle, which she held for 5 years. She built a coaching team of 30 neurodiversity coaches and workplace needs assessors. Cheryl works with her own clients mainly in the workplace creating sustainable and life changing strategies which allow their inner talents to emerge. She also works with parents and children to understand they are beautifully different – not difficult!
Her career in neurodiversity commenced when she joined Genius Within www.geniuswithin.co.uk in 2011 as one of their founding 6 neurodiversity coaches. She went on to become Director of In Work support, recruiting, training and managing over 120 coaches and 8 supervisors.

Jeff Craig
Breathwork Session
With up to 90% of us not breathing correctly it's time to reclaim the breath! A long time meditator Jeff has used both Transcendental Meditation and breathwork prior to entering any client conversation / coaching session to ground and remain fully present throughout. In this session Jeff will take us through a few simple effective tools to centre the mind and body, techniques to help maintain mental and physical health. There will be time both to practice the simple breathing methods we explore and for any questions you might have on the breathwork itself.
A lover and advocate of personal development for many years, Jeff's reading around how to be 'the best version of himself' naturally led into uncovering spiritual texts and coming to understand the mind / body connection. He discovered breathwork from a yoga practice many years ago, soon after embracing the Wim Hof Method to help address an auto-immune condition. He was hooked.

Panel discussion with Robbie Swale, Rebecca Norton and Christina Lovelock with questions chaired by Chloe Angus. We’ll be looking at how best to mark yourself in the modern world in a wa that feels authentic to you.
Audience participation very much hoped for, it will be a great opportunity to crowdsource some wisdom from the room about this important topic.
Panel: Too Many Coaches?
It sometimes feels like the coaching world is saturated, that you can’t go to a networking event without bumping into at least one other coach.
That’s what we will be discussing with our panel; Lindsey Hall (divorce & intimacy coach), Holly Dannhauser (money coach) and Kate Wall (nutrition coach) with questions chaired by Pam Daniel.
Audience participation very much hoped for, it will be a great opportunity to crowdsource some wisdom from the room.

-
No :) We will share details with our email group first but we welcome anyone who wants to join us for the day. We have had members join our monthly sessions from Dronfield, Essex and even Spain and Germany!

Excellent question and absolutely yes. If you are an internal coach or work for a company where coaching / mentoring is part of your role why not ask for this to be covered by your company, we can create invoices for this if needed :)
And yes if you are a sole trader or limited company yourself you can absolutely claim this as a business expense. You will receive a receipt once you pay but let us know if you also need an invoice :) -
No problem.
You can contact Chloe Angus or Julie White directly or drop us an email to Sheffieldcoachingexchange@gmail.com
